This section includes students' works from 2D design, illustration and animation classes. Students created original digital artwork through comprehensive assignments using raster and vector-based Adobe software. Students also learned how to incorporate cutting-edge technology into art using AR toolkits.
Low Poly

In this skill test, students created a Low Poly illustration in 60 minutes. They used a photo reference in order to create a low poly illustration of a fruit or an animal.

Informative Poster

For this project, students created an informational poster based on a statue or architecture that they encountered on campus. They photographed the subject and created an illustration based on the photo that they took. Later they uploaded their poster on Google Tour Creator in order to build an immersive 360 tour of their campus!

Self-portrait Collage
Level: Intermediate

Learning objectives: Selection and cut-outs, adjustment layer, filters
For this project, students created a digital collage in Photoshop. they were asked to design a self-portrait in order to define themselves and their interests. They could choose any category or subculture they see as important to their identity.

For this project, students created a surreal digital collage with tools and techniques they learned in Photoshop. The theme for this project was "Imagine the world in 2050"

Animated Digital Painting​​​​​​​
Level: Advanced
Tool: Adobe Photoshop
Learning objectives: using brushes, color and light enhancement, timeline animation
For this project, students design and painted a realistic or imaginary character in Adobe Ps. Later they animated the character and integrated it with an environment they digitally painted in Photoshop.
